Vereador denuncia decreto autoritário do prefeito de Bom Jardim PE

O prefeito de Bom Jardim, João Francisco da Silva Neto, “Janjão” baixou um decreto para que os vereadores do município ficassem proibidos de fiscalizar os órgãos públicos sem avisar com antecedência na prefeitura. A denúncia foi levada aos moradores da cidade pelo vereador, Irmão Bia Motos. Ele relata que o absurdo do decreto é que qualquer fiscalização legítima que for feita em órgãos públicos do município terá que ser avisada com 24 hora de antecedência.

“O que é que ele quer a gente faça: ele quer que a gente, com 24 horas antes vá na prefeitura e protocole um pedido de visita para no dia seguinte, mas como é que o vereador recebe uma denúncia como nós recebemos quando chegar lá a pessoa já está avisada que vamos fiscalizar? Esse decreto fere a constituição que não só para nós vereadores que tem um direito, como para qualquer cidadão que também tem o direito de pedir informação sobre determinados órgãos públicos. É isso que tá acontecendo aqui e o problema é que ele tem a maioria na Câmara aí tá fazendo do jeito que bem quer!” Relatou Irmão Bia Moto.
