O vereador do Recife, Carlos Muniz (PSB), protocolou três requerimentos em conjunto com a Secretaria de Defesa Social (SDS), a Federação Pernambucana de Futebol (FPF), e o Ministério Público de Pernambuco (MPPE), cobrando a identificação e punição dos envolvidos nos episódios de violência entre integrantes das torcidas organizadas do Sport e Santa Cruz no último sábado (1º).
De acordo com Muniz, a população precisa de uma resposta concreta por parte das autoridades de segurança. “O rigor máximo da lei precisa ser aplicado nesta situação, não é possível que vejamos a escalada da violência em dias de jogos e todos passem impunes. Recife e Pernambuco não podem ser notícia negativa no mundo todo. Precisamos agir para que não volte mais a ocorrer essas ações de vândalos”, enfatizou o parlamentar.
Ainda segundo o vereador, as investigações precisam ocorrer de forma célere. “As forças de segurança dispõem de informações e mecanismos para intensificar as investigações. No último sábado a cidade ficou sitiada por criminosos, os moradores não conseguiram sair de suas casas por medo de sofrer algum tipo de agressão, os vândalos precisam ir para a cadeia”, concluiu o vereador.
