Simão apresenta a João Campos obras estruturantes de Petrolina

Gestores de duas das maiores cidades pernambucanas, Petrolina e Recife, estiveram juntos em uma agenda nesta sexta-feira (14). Durante esta manhã, Simão Durando recebeu o prefeito da capital pernambucana, João Campos, para apresentar projetos e obras de grande impacto, não só para Petrolina, mas para toda a região do Vale do São Francisco. Estiveram presentes na visita deputados, prefeitos de cidades vizinhas, além do ex-prefeito Miguel Coelho, do deputado estadual Antonio Coelho e ex-deputado federal Gonzaga Patriota.

Após uma recepção na prefeitura, a comitiva foi conhecer a estrutura do primeiro Hospital Municipal de Petrolina que será inaugurado no próximo mês e garantirá um novo salto na área da saúde na cidade. Logo após, os prefeitos seguiram para uma visita às obras de reforma e ampliação do Centro de Convenções. Simão ainda apresentou a maior obra de mobilidade urbana do Nordeste, a duplicação da BR- 407 e finalizou conhecendo o programa de Escolas em Tempo Integral na unidade educacional Ana das Carrancas.

“Muito feliz em recepcionar o prefeito da nossa capital pernambucana, é uma honra recebê-lo na Terra dos Impossíveis. Hoje, Petrolina e o Recife se destacam no estado em diversos setores, são exemplos de sucesso. Então, sem dúvida, uma oportunidade de mostrar a transformação que Petrolina passou nos últimos sete anos, bem como, compartilhar experiências. É uma troca de conhecimento fundamental, principalmente, de duas cidades tão importantes”, destacou o prefeito Simão Durando.
