O prefeito de Araripina, Raimundo Pimentel anunciou na manhã de hoje (16) que, após a decisão absurda tomada pelo PDT que afrontou o estatuto do partido e retirou o direito da candidatura de Ana Paula Ramos, anunciou o nome da vereadora Camila Modesto (Podemos) como pré-candidata a prefeita de Araripina para representar o grupo político que transformou a cidade.
Camila Modesto é vereadora no seu terceiro mandato e de família com enorme atuação e serviços prestados pelo município. Ela é filha da ex-vereadora Darticlea Pereira Lima e de Augusto Modesto Sobrinho. Seu avô Joaquim Pereira Lima foi vereador, prefeito e Deputado Estadual, seu tio Joaquim Lima Filho e sua irmã Maria Augusta também foram vereadores contribuindo com a história política da cidade.
“É com a força e a garra das mulheres que seguiremos nossa caminhada. Anuncio a vereadora Camila Modesto como o nome do nosso grupo para a disputa. Seguiremos em frente juntamente com Camila Modesto, Ana Paula Ramos, Socorro Pimentel e todas as mulheres da nossa cidade, reafirmando nosso trabalho por mais conquistas, colocando nossa população em primeiro lugar”, afirmou.
