Presidente do TJPE participa de encontro da Corregedoria em ação na cidade de Garanhuns

O chefe do Judiciário estadual pernambucano, desembargador Ricardo Paes Barreto, acompanhou, nesta sexta-feira (30/08), o encontro “Corregedoria em Ação: Conhecendo os Dados para atingir as Metas” no Polo Garanhuns. A ação, voltada a magistrados(as) e servidores(as), teve início no mês de maio, no Polo Recife, com o objetivo de aprimorar o Poder Judiciário estadual por meio de atividades que proporcionem o conhecimento das ferramentas de gestão e o esclarecimento das metas e indicadores do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ).

 A iniciativa é realizada pela Corregedoria Geral da Justiça de Pernambuco (CGJ-PE) em parceria com a Coordenadoria de Governança e Gestão de Dados do Tribunal de Justiça de Pernambuco (TJPE) e o apoio da Auditoria de Inspeção da CGJ-PE, da Secretaria de Planejamento e Gestão Estratégica (Seplan) e da Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (Setic) do TJPE.

A abertura do evento foi realizada pelo corregedor-geral da Justiça, desembargador Francisco Bandeira de Mello; pelo presidente do TJPE, desembargador Ricardo Paes Barreto; pelo coordenador do Instituto de Inovações Aplicadas (IDEIAS) da Escola Judicial (Esmape), juiz Faustino Macedo; pela titular do Juizado Especial Criminal da Comarca de Garanhuns, juíza Karla Fabíola Peixoto; pelo presidente da Associação dos Magistrados do Estado de Pernambuco (Amepe) e presidente da Comissão Estratégica de Articulação Institucional do TJPE, Leonardo Asfora.

Na sequência, pela manhã, foi apresentada a Plataforma de Inspeção CGJ/PE – Prêmio Gestão/Eficiência e Qualidade/Prêmio CNJ de Qualidade pelo juiz Luiz Carlos Vieira; houve   a exposição das ferramentas IAD, TX, TPU: o que são e como interferem no meu trabalho?, pela Governança de Dados; e promovida uma palestra sobre  Sicor e TJPE Reports – do dado à informação, pela Governança de Dados e pela Secretaria de Planejamento e Gestão Estratégica (Seplan).

No período da tarde, houve a apresentação do Questionário sobre acessibilidade e inclusão nas unidades judiciárias – demonstração da tabela dinâmica como ferramenta de gestão, pela Secretaria da Auditoria Interna e Auditoria de Inspeção da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça; a promoção da Oficina Geral: Meta 1/ Meta 2/ Taxa de congestionamento/ Criticidade após julgamento ou conclusão de sentença/ Tempos processuais (SNA, casos pendentes, violência doméstica, medidas protetivas, julgamento de saúde, julgamento júri e de ações penais), pela Governança de Dados e Auditoria de Inspeção da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça; a realização de Oficinas Específicas: criminal (BNMP, SEEU, Meta 8, CNIEP, tempos processuais específicos); infância e juventude (acolhimento familiar, Meta 11, CNIUPS, SNA, tempos processuais específicos); e não-criminal (Meta 10 ambiental, Meta; Bastião, julgamento saúde, tempos processuais específicos), pela Governança de Dados e pela Auditoria de Inspeção da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça.

Por fim, foi apresentado o planejamento das ações (orientação destinada à construção das ações individuais de cada unidade judiciária através das atividades executadas), pela Governança de Dados e Auditoria de Inspeção da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça.
