Presidente Álvaro Porto destaca 189 anos da Alepe e enfatiza trabalho coletivo pela independência da Casa

Na sessão solene em comemoração aos 189 anos da Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco (Alepe), realizada nesta terça-feira (02.04), o presidente da Casa, deputado Álvaro Porto, destacou a relevância histórica e as conquistas do Legislativo estadual. Em seu discurso, Porto ressaltou que a autonomia consolidada no presente é crucial para o futuro da Alepe.

O presidente enfatizou o comprometimento e dedicação de cada parlamentar da atual legislatura, reconhecendo o papel fundamental desempenhado por eles na busca pela independência da Casa. Destacou ainda que essa independência é fruto do trabalho coletivo dos parlamentares, que têm priorizado o diálogo e o entendimento.

Porto ressaltou que os valores construídos pelos parlamentares do passado continuam a guiar a atuação da Alepe, que além de legislar e fiscalizar, busca acolher os anseios da população pernambucana e garantir seus direitos.

A deputada Dani Portela, líder da oposição, e o vice-líder do governo, Joãozinho Tenório, também destacaram a importância da independência da Casa e do diálogo entre os poderes para o fortalecimento da democracia e o bem-estar da população.

Durante a cerimônia, foi lançado o selo alusivo aos 189 anos da Alepe, em parceria com os Correios, marcando a instalação do Legislativo pernambucano em 1835. O evento contou com a presença de diversos parlamentares, representantes de poderes e instituições, reforçando a importância histórica e institucional da Alepe.

Prestigiaram também o evento os deputados Rodrigo Farias, Cleiton Collins, Édson Vieira, Simone Santana, Henrique Queiroz Filho, Rosa Amorim, Mário Ricardo e Cleber Chaparral. De outros poderes e instituições, compareceram o vice-presidente do TJPE, desembargador Fausto Campos; o procurador-geral de Justiça do MPPE, Marcos Antônio Matos de Carvalho; o coronel do Exército Carlos Frederico de Azevedo Pires; e a major da Aeronáutica Fernanda Carvalho de Oliveira.
