Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes apresenta diagnóstico preliminar do Plano Diretor em audiência pública

A Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes realizará uma audiência pública para apresentar o Diagnóstico Preliminar do Plano Diretor. Aberto ao público, o evento ocorre nesta segunda-feira (22), às 19h, no auditório da AFYA Faculdade de Ciências Médicas, em Piedade. O documento reflete estudos técnicos e a visão da cidade construída a partir das contribuições da população em oficinas realizadas em setembro e outubro de 2023. Disponível para consulta no portal do Plano Diretor (https://planodiretor.jaboatao.pe.gov.br/), o Diagnóstico Preliminar proporciona acesso transparente aos resultados, permitindo análise detalhada antes da audiência pública.

A audiência será uma oportunidade para a população examinar de perto os resultados do Diagnóstico Preliminar, compreendendo a perspectiva técnica e visualizando a cidade com base nas informações obtidas nas oficinas anteriores. Este documento, em constante evolução, representa uma visão da cidade moldada pela participação ativa dos cidadãos.

Além de ter acesso aos resultados iniciais, a população pode contribuir com o diagnóstico, enriquecendo-o com perspectivas adicionais e experiências individuais. Este processo participativo reforça a importância do envolvimento comunitário na criação de um plano diretor.

Após a audiência, iniciarão as oficinas propositivas, aprofundando as discussões e desenvolvendo propostas específicas. A segunda etapa, que se inicia em 21 de janeiro e vai até 26 de janeiro, abrange diversas regionais, proporcionando uma construção coletiva do Plano Diretor.
