Prefeitura de Jaboatão adota Bilhetagem Eletrônica para reestruturar Sistema de Transporte Complementar

Nesta quarta-feira, a Prefeitura de Jaboatão dos Guararapes anunciou a publicação de um edital que estabelece um prazo de 15 dias para que os permissionários do Transporte Complementar do município contratem o Sistema de Bilhetagem Eletrônica Municipal, Monitoramento e Gestão, e de 60 dias para iniciar sua implantação. Desde 2018, disputas judiciais entre os permissionários haviam impedido a implementação da medida. No entanto, em uma reunião intermediada pela Prefeitura na semana passada, a categoria aprovou os novos termos contratuais em conjunto com as empresas selecionadas, Tacom e Kim+.

Com a introdução da bilhetagem eletrônica, os permissionários terão a oportunidade de buscar financiamento para a aquisição de novos veículos, conforme destacou o prefeito Mano Medeiros. A reestruturação do Sistema de Transporte Complementar Municipal visa proporcionar economia, segurança e praticidade aos usuários, além de fornecer dados importantes para o gerenciamento eficaz do serviço pelo município.

Segundo o secretário-executivo de Ordem Pública e Mobilidade, Carlos Sá, a recente liminar judicial permitiu que a aquisição da bilhetagem eletrônica fosse colocada em votação e aprovada pela maioria dos permissionários. O edital publicado estabelece as regras para dar continuidade ao processo, com a responsabilidade pela seleção da empresa e aquisição dos equipamentos a cargo dos permissionários.

O Sistema de Transporte Complementar do Jaboatão conta com 283 permissionários que operam em 15 linhas municipais. Cada permissionário pode contratar até seis operadores, incluindo motoristas e cobradores. O regulamento estabelece uma circulação mínima de 80% da frota, permitindo que a frota reserva passe por manutenção e os operadores tenham férias e folgas regulares. Veículos com mais de 10 anos devem passar por inspeção anual certificada pelo Inmetro para garantir seu funcionamento adequado.

A Secretaria de Ordem Pública e Mobilidade realiza inspeções anuais e fiscalizações regulares do sistema, retirando de circulação veículos que não atendam aos requisitos de segurança e regularização. Após um acidente envolvendo um micro-ônibus que fazia parte da frota reserva, os serviços foram temporariamente paralisados pela preocupação com a segurança dos veículos. A Secretaria está tomando medidas para retomar os serviços interrompidos.
