Prefeitura de Igarassu promove blitz educativa inédita com foco nas motocicletas

Evento acontece em memória às vítimas de acidentes de trânsito

Nesta quinta-feira (14), véspera de feriado e Dia Mundial em Memória das Vítimas de Acidentes de Trânsito, a prefeitura de Igarassu, através do seu Departamento de Trânsito (DEPATRAN), promove uma blitz educativa será realizada das 8h às 11h em frente à Escola Estadual Jurandir Bezerra Lins (ETE), na BR-101.

A ação reúne diversos órgãos, incluindo a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), DETRAN, BPRV, Lei Seca, SAMU, SES, DER, DNIT, empresa Honda e diversas prefeituras da Região Metropolitana do Recife.

O foco da blitz será a orientação e fiscalização de veículos, motoristas e pedestres, com atenção especial aos motociclistas, grupo que registra os maiores índices de acidentes e fatalidades na região. Serão oferecidos serviços como aferição de pressão, testes de bafômetro, entrega de panfletos educativos e guincho para veículos em situação irregular.

A ação, que antecede o feriadão da Proclamação da República, visa conscientizar a população sobre a importância da segurança no trânsito e reduzir o número de acidentes.
