Prefeita do Ipojuca, Célia Sales, dá posse a novos professores concursados do município

Em mais uma iniciativa que valoriza a rede educacional do município, a prefeita do Ipojuca, Célia Sales, deu posse, nessa segunda-feira (11), a 33 professores, do cadastro reserva, aprovados no último concurso público realizado na área. A ação, promovida pela Secretaria de Educação e em parceria com a Secretaria de Administração, já empossou 115 profissionais, em março deste ano, e, até dezembro, convocará ao todo 233 educadores. Entre os convocados, estão professores de anos iniciais, que irão trabalhar com turmas do primeiro ao quinto ano, e de turmas da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA). A cerimônia aconteceu no Centro de Formação Professora Nadir da Costa Monteiro e contou com a presença de secretários, diretores e gestores.

“É com grande alegria que realizamos hoje mais esse momento especial para a Educação da nossa cidade. Com essa posse, nós estamos fortalecendo a construção de uma política educacional transformadora, promovida pela nossa gestão ao longo dos últimos anos. Aos novos professores que chegam para se somar ao quadro de servidores públicos do Ipojuca, tenham a certeza de que estão chegando numa administração que soube respeitar e valorizar os profissionais da educação. Hoje, Ipojuca é uma referência na educação graças ao compromisso que assumimos com todas as famílias ipojucanas. Essa prefeita que aqui está, com a ajuda e a dedicação de toda uma equipe, está encerrado o mandato deixando a marca histórica com Ipojuca em primeiro lugar na Região Metropolitana no IDEPE e no IDEB”, discursou a prefeita, Célia Sales.

Para o secretário de Educação, Francisco Amorim, esta é uma grande oportunidade para melhorar ainda mais a qualidade de ensino da cidade. “O concurso nos possibilitou oxigenar a área trazendo novos profissionais, saindo das universidades e até mesmo profissionais mais experientes, que se dedicaram muito para chegar até aqui. A posse destes concursados faz com que a chegada deles traga novas experiências, numa forma de identificar o que é melhor para o futuro das crianças e os demais educadores da rede”, disse. Para a professora que estava tomando posse, Fernanda Barbosa de Morais, “Hoje está sendo um dia muito esperado e feliz, pois Ipojuca é uma rede que muitos professores gostariam de fazer parte e para gente é uma grande honra estar aqui sendo contemplado. Pretendo dar o meu melhor”, declarou.
