Polícia Federal faz operação na casa do bolsonarista Oswaldo Eustáquio

A Polícia Federal (PF) realiza uma operação na manhã desta quarta-feira (14/8) na residência da esposa do blogueiro bolsonarista Oswaldo Eustáquio, Sandra Mara Volf Pedro Eustáquio, no Lago Sul, em Brasília. A operação acontece menos de 24 horas depois de o empresário Elon Musk, dono da rede social X, divulgar uma decisão sigilosa do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes mirando a esposa de Eustáquio e a filha adolescente do casal, que moram juntas.

A decisão se referia a um pedido de bloqueio dos perfis de Sandra Mara e da jovem no X. A filha de Eustáquio também já foi alvo de um bloqueio de contas bancárias emitido por Moraes. O ministro alegou que a conta estaria sendo usada para enviar dinheiro para o blogueiro no exterior e ajudá-lo a permanecer foragido.

Nesta quarta-feira, a PF se dirigiu à casa da esposa de Eustáquio em duas viaturas descaracterizadas. A operação teve o apoio da Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) e do Conselho Tutelar.

Com a prisão decretada desde 2022, no âmbito do inquérito dos atos antidemocráticos, Eustáquio é considerado foragido da Justiça e atualmente mora na Espanha, onde pediu proteção internacional.

Oswaldo Eustáquio aguarda análise do governo espanhol sobre o pedido, que inclui seus dois filhos menores. Caso seja aceito, o blogueiro passará a dispor da assistência gratuita de um advogado, assistência em saúde, além dos documentos espanhóis como solicitante de proteção internacional.

Em suas justificativas para o pedido de proteção internacional, Oswaldo Eustáquio disse que seus filhos teriam sido vítimas de tentativas de sequestro no Brasil. Ele negou conhecer a identidade dos criminosos.
