No último dia 30 de janeiro o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de São Paulo (TRE-SP) cassou o mandato da deputada federal Carla Zambelli, do PL. Ela é acusada de cometer abuso de poder político e uso indevido dos meios de comunicação ao espalhar notícias falsas sobre o processo eleitoral de 2022. Os magistrados votaram também por torna-la inelegível por oito anos, a partir do ano em que ocorreram os fatos.
Nesta quinta-feira, dia 6, o deputado federal pernambucano Pastor Eurico, que também é filiado ao PL, emitiu uma nota de solidariedade a sua companheira de legenda. “Fomos surpreendidos com uma decisão estarrecedora do TRE-SP que cassou o mandato da minha amiga e colega de partido Carla Zambelli.
Além da cassação do mandato, a decisão do colegiado torna a deputada inelegível por 8 anos a partir das eleições de 2022, anulando assim o voto de 946.244 pessoas que depositaram sua confiança na tão falada democracia”, disse ele.
Segundo o deputado, a perseguição política fica ainda mais clara e perceptível ao olhar para o cenário completo. “A jogada de mestre feita pelo PSOL (comunistas) e o Poder Judiciário, um sistema, que infelizmente, apresenta atualmente decisões ideológico-esquerdistas, é que ao derrubar a deputada Carla Zambelli (946.244 votos), os deputados federais Tiririca (71.754 votos) e Paulo Bilynskyj (72.156 votos) também poderão perder seus mandatos, ou seja, anulando mais de um milhão de votos, esse, sim, é um verdadeiro golpe. Golpe contra a democracia que tantos, a plenos pulmões, essa esquerdalha finge defender”, disse ele.
“Quero aqui deixar minha solidariedade a amiga e companheira Carla Zambelli. E não desista, não desista de seus eleitores, de São Paulo e do Brasil. Use seu direito de recurso e continue lutando, porque nós, verdadeiramente, lutamos pela democracia. Estamos juntos, minha amiga”, falou o deputado ao Blog do Alberes Xavier.
