Através do Entrada Garantida, os beneficiados receberam um subsídio de até R$ 20 mil do Governo do Estado para a aquisição de seus imóveis. Além da entrega das chaves, foram assinados 58 novos contratos de compra de imóveis subsidiados pelo programa no Residencial Recanto das Laranjeiras, também em Caruaru.
“O Estado está garantindo o valor da entrada do imóvel para essas famílias, e isso faz com que muitas vezes as pessoas assumam apenas o valor da parcela, que chega a ser menor do que o valor de aluguel que elas pagavam. É muito gratificante ver que grande parte dessas casas está sendo entregue a mães, a mulheres, a jovens, chefes de família, mães solo, e para quem tem crianças pequenas. São essas pessoas que agora vão poder ter as suas casas próprias”, ressaltou a governadora Raquel Lyra.
Ao todo, no Residencial Xique-Xique 3, vão ser financiadas pelo Morar Bem PE 482 casas. No Residencial Recanto das Laranjeiras, serão contempladas 500 casas pelo programa estadual. A previsão de entrega do Recanto das Laranjeiras é em dezembro. A construção dos dois empreendimentos ficou a cargo da empresa Viana e Moura.
“É por todos os pernambucanos que estamos trabalhando para reduzir o déficit habitacional do Estado. O Morar Bem – Entrada Garantida é uma política de habitação verdadeira, que viabiliza a assinatura de contrato e realização de um sonho. Estamos entregando chaves e assinando contratos para mais famílias”, destacou a secretária de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habitação, Simone Nunes.
A modalidade Entrada Garantida do Morar Bem Pernambuco, primeiro programa de habitação de interesse social do Estado, tem hoje 72 mil pessoas inscritas no site morarbempe.com.br. Desse total, 5.160 pessoas já tiveram seus cadastros aprovados para receber o benefício de até R$ 20 mil na compra de sua casa própria. Em Caruaru, são 6.308 inscritos, dos quais 1.237 já foram contemplados.
Desde o lançamento do programa, as vendas de imóveis novos para a faixa de renda de até dois salários mínimos mais do que dobrou no Estado.
Acompanharam a entrega a secretária da Mulher em exercício, Juliana Gouveia, o deputado federal Clodoaldo Magalhães e o diretor-presidente da Companhia Estadual de Habitação e Obras (Cehab), Paulo Lira.
