Mirella deixa cargo de secretária para disputar Prefeitura e faz balanço de ações

Cumprindo a legislação eleitoral, a pré-candidata à Prefeitura de Olinda, Mirella Almeida, pediu desincompatibilização do cargo nesta quarta-feira (05/06). “Estou me retirando do cargo de secretária de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Inovação, Tecnologia e Turismo para me dedicar a pré-candidatura à Prefeitura de Olinda. Meu sentimento é de gratidão a todos os servidores e servidoras e também de dever cumprido. Hoje, dou início a uma nova fase, mas que faz parte da mesma trajetória: a de construir uma Olinda cada vez melhor para a nossa gente”, comentou Mirella.

Mirella também elencou as principais ações que realizou no comando da pasta. “Tive o prazer de contribuir com a chegada de grandes empreendimentos, gerando emprego e renda para os olindenses. Além disso, criamos o Conselho de Turismo, entregamos novas barracas para as tapioqueiras, criamos o primeiro Plano Diretor de Tecnologia da Informação, começamos os trabalhos para que o Carnaval de Olinda receba o título de Patrimônio Imortal, dentre tantas outras coisas. São muitas entregas, muitas alegrias, muitos serviços prestados”, enfatizou.

Lupércio destacou o perfil técnico de Mirella. “Sou muito grato a Mirella por tanta dedicação. A gestão não teria acertado tanto em obras significativas como a Nova Kennedy e o Programa Novo Caminho, que vem requalificando a Avenida Getúlio Vargas e várias ruas do entorno, se Mirella não tivesse liderado o planejamento. Tenho certeza de que ela está preparada para fazer muito mais por Olinda”, declarou o gestor.

Antes da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Inovação, Tecnologia e Turismo, Mirella foi secretária de Governo e também de Planejamento e Fazenda. Olindense de Rio Doce, Mirella é a opção do Professor Lupércio para a sua sucessão como gestor do município.
