Justiça suspende inelegibilidade de Tassio Bezerra

A Juíza Angela Maria Lopes Luz, da comarca de Triunfo, suspendeu os efeitos do Decreto Legislativo nº 03/2022, da Câmara Municipal de Santa Cruz da Baixa Verde, que rejeitou as contas do mandato do ex-prefeito Tassio Bezerra, referentes ao exercício de 2019.

De acordo com a decisão da magistrada, “a Câmara Municipal de Santa Cruz da Baixa Verde/PE afirmou não ter localizado nenhuma ata de reunião da Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento, vinculada ao julgamento das contas do exercício de 2019 (processo no 20100408-2). De igual forma, atesta o referido documento, não ter sido encontrada nenhuma convocação da referida comissão. Consta, ainda, declaração feita pelo vereador José Batista Tomé Eloi, membro da Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento, afirmando que não tomou conhecimento ou foi convocado para reunião com o objetivo de analisar e ofertar exame sobre o parecer prévio do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Pernambuco acerca das contas do exercício do ano de 2019 (ID 147277924). Logo, diante dos fatos acima explicitados, reputo estarem presentes, no momento, o fumus boni iuris”.

Tassio Bezerra comemorou: “não se pode tornar alguém inelegível sem um processo legal. Ademais, a única suposta irregularidade anotada nestas contas eram questões previdenciárias, ocasionadas por dificuldades financeiras. Administramos com zelo e transparência. Embora nosso candidato seja Zé Bezerra, fico feliz com o resultado”.
