O deputado estadual Jarbas Filho, do PSB, protocolou na Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco um Projeto de Lei que determina a isenção parcial na taxa de renovação da Carteira Nacional de Habilitação para os motoristas que têm idade igual ou superior a 50 anos. O parlamentar aproveitou a sessão plenária desta quarta-feira (31) para defender a matéria e pedir a aprovação dos deputados da Casa Joaquim Nabuco.
Com a mudança do Código de Trânsito Braileiro, que aconteceu através da Lei Federal N° 14.071/2020, a validade da CNH aumentou para 10 anos para os motoristas com idade até 49 anos. Porém, houve uma diminuição no tempo para as pessoas que têm de 50 anos em diante. Sendo de cinco anos para quem tem até 69 anos e de três anos para os condutores com idade igual ou superior a 70 anos.
De acordo com o PL Nº 767/2023, de autoria do deputado, se aprovado, fica determinado um desconto de 30% para os que precisam fazer a renovação da carteira com cinco anos. Já para os condutores que farão a renovação a cada três anos, seria pago apenas 50% do valor estipulado para a nova CNH.
“Queremos, com este Projeto de Lei, tornar o processo mais justo e equilibrado em relação à taxa com o tempo de renovação. Ele terá um impacto social relevante em nosso estado, pois atende uma grande parcela da nossa população, que, hoje, após a mudança do código de trânsito, poderá gastar mais para continuar com seu direito de dirigir”, concluiu Jarbas.
