Flávio Marques participa do Seminário Novos Gestores da Amupe

Representando Tabira, Flávio Marques, prefeito eleito do município, participou do Seminário Novos Gestores, promovido pela Associação Municipalista de Pernambuco (Amupe), nesta segunda (11) e terça-feira (12). O evento, voltado para prefeitos iniciantes e gestores públicos, teve como principal objetivo apresentar boas práticas de administração pública, logo no primeiro mandato. Uma fase crucial para garantir eficiência na gestão municipal.

Durante o seminário, Flávio Marques destacou a importância de começar a gestão com uma base sólida de planejamento estratégico, visando sempre o melhor para a população de Tabira. O principal ponto discutido ao longo do evento foi como os novos gestores podem adotar boas práticas governança logo no início do mandato, de modo a evitar desperdícios de recursos e garantir a efetividade das políticas públicas.

“Este seminário tem sido uma oportunidade ímpar de aprendizado. A troca de experiências com outros prefeitos e especialistas em gestão pública tem me motivado a adotar práticas que tragam resultados rápidos para a população de Tabira, focando na transparência, eficiência e desenvolvimento econômico”, afirma Marques.

Entre as boas práticas abordadas, um dos destaques foi a importância da elaboração de um planejamento de curto, médio e longo prazo, que permita aos prefeitos tomarem decisões informadas desde os primeiros dias no cargo. Também foram discutidos temas como a gestão fiscal responsável, o uso de tecnologia para melhorar a administração municipal e a transparência no uso dos recursos públicos.

O seminário contou com a presença de vários especialistas em gestão pública e membros da Amupe; Raquel Lyra, Governadora de Pernambuco; além de prefeitos de diversas cidades do Estado. O evento não apenas forneceu conhecimentos valiosos sobre a administração pública, mas também ofereceu um espaço para os novos gestores compartilharem experiências e tirarem dúvidas sobre os desafios que enfrentarão no comando dos municípios.

Flávio Marques reforçou a importância de um bom relacionamento com as equipes de trabalho e com os diversos setores da sociedade, como empresários, lideranças locais e a população. “O diálogo e a participação popular são essenciais para que possamos construir juntos um futuro mais próspero para Tabira”, concluiu o prefeito eleito.

Tradicional encontro de novos gestores reúne entidades estaduais e federativas para estreitar laços com municípios pernambucanos

Tradicionalmente após as eleições municipais em Pernambuco, o Seminário Novos Gestores teve sua primeira edição em 2012. O encontro promovido pela Amupe com prefeitos eleitos e reeleitos oferece a oportunidade de formar redes colaborativas, a fim de preparar prefeitos para uma administração eficaz, com foco no desenvolvimento socioeconômico da população.

Para 2024, além da presença do Governo de Pernambuco, o evento ainda conta com a participação da Confederação Nacional dos Municípios (CNM); Serviço de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae/PE) e diversas instituições parceiras como a Caixa Econômica; Banco do Brasil e Governo Federal.
