Fernando Monteiro apresenta projeto de lei para atender projetos de irrigação

O deputado federal Fernando Monteiro protocolou um Projeto de Lei, na Câmara dos Deputados, para garantir o fornecimento de energia para os projetos de irrigação da bacia do São Francisco. A proposta é incluir previsão de utilização otimizada, por 20 anos, do montante energético anual não consumido pelo Projeto de Integração do São Francisco (PISF).

“Os projetos de irrigação do Sistema Itaparica participam muito fortemente da nossa economia, contribuindo com a geração de emprego e renda e impactando nas vidas de mais de 50 mil pessoas”, destaca o parlamentar. “O Projeto de Lei vai permitir a garantia do fornecimento de energia e, consequentemente, a sustentabilidade da produção e do desenvolvimento regional”, completa.
