O ministro da Defesa, José Múcio Monteiro, concedeu entrevista exclusiva a equipe de reportagem do Blog do Alberes Xavier e a Rede Pernambuco de Rádios (RPR) e falou sobre o projeto que prevê anistia total e ampla para todos os envolvidos nos atos de vandalismo contra as sedes do Congresso Nacional e Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) ocorridos em 8 de janeiro de 2023.
O projeto é tido como uma prioridade para o Partido Liberal (PL), legenda do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro, que seria, em tese, beneficiado politicamente com a aprovação da anistia.
“Cada caso é um caso. Aqueles que foram meros coadjuvantes deveriam ter tido penas mais amenas, que aqueles que são os verdadeiros culpados. Uns deveriam sim ser responsabilizados outros não, outros foram na onda”, disse o ministro.
José Múcio Monteiro lamentou ainda que o Governo Lula não tenha capitaneado um projeto de anistia e cravou: “Eu não tenho a menor dúvida de que o Congresso irá priorizar essa pauta agora em 2025”.
