Em Gravatá, governadora Raquel Lyra abre seminário da Amupe e reforça compromisso do Estado com os municípios pernambucanos

Os 175 gestores presentes receberam orientações sobre os principais desafios da administração pública municipal

A governadora Raquel Lyra abriu, nesta segunda-feira (11), o Seminário Novos Gestores 2025, realizado pela Associação Municipalista de Pernambuco (Amupe). O evento, que está sendo realizado no município de Gravatá, no Agreste, reuniu 175 prefeitos eleitos nas últimas eleições municipais. Na ocasião, a gestora realizou um balanço das ações que o Governo do Estado tem realizado em benefício dos municípios pernambucanos. O encontro segue até esta terça-feira (12).

“Estamos aqui para reafirmar o nosso compromisso com os municípios pernambucanos. Sou municipalista, fui prefeita e sei o quanto é difícil o gestor conseguir tocar a vida do município, onde tem mais responsabilidades e menos recursos garantidos. Nesses quase dois anos de gestão, conseguimos construir parcerias em diversas áreas e é sobre isso que falamos no seminário. Sei da importância em estarmos juntos construindo uma estratégia única para que Pernambuco, de fato, possa crescer de maneira sustentável, em cada um dos seus municípios. No final de tudo, queremos o nosso povo mais feliz onde quer que ele viva”, enfatizou a governadora Raquel Lyra acompanhada de diversos secretários estaduais.

De acordo com o presidente da Amupe e prefeito de Paudalho, Marcelo Gouveia, o objetivo do evento é preparar os novos gestores para a realização de uma administração pública eficaz e que priorize o desenvolvimento socioeconômico dos municípios pernambucanos nos próximos quatro anos. “Vamos falar de diversos temas, desde a captação de recursos até a eficiência da gestão para que possamos ajudar esses prefeitos a dar uma vida melhor ao povo pernambucano em suas respectivas cidades”, explicou.

O assessor especial da Secretaria de Relações Institucionais, representando o ministro Alexandre Padilha, Mozart Sales, destacou a importância da parceria entre municípios e governo federal. “Nós estamos de portas abertas o tempo inteiro, o presidente Lula determinou que se mantenha um diálogo frequente e profícuo, com o conjunto das prefeitas e dos prefeitos de todo o Brasil”, disse.

O Governo de Pernambuco tem realizado diversas parcerias com os municípios. Cumprindo com o compromisso de transformar a educação de Pernambuco. Pela primeira vez na história, o Estado toma a frente do processo de construção de unidades educacionais para a Primeira Infância. Neste primeiro bloco, 51 creches serão construídas em todas as regiões do Estado. Ainda na área da Educação, foram entregues 601 ônibus escolares a municípios pernambucanos.

No âmbito da Assistência Social, a gestão estadual pactuou, em 2024, mais de R$ 80 milhões junto aos municípios para fortalecer os serviços de assistência social e segurança alimentar e nutricional. Para implantação, restauração e conservação das rodovias, estão sendo aportados R$ 5,1 bilhões no PE na Estrada, maior programa de infraestrutura viária da história de Pernambuco. Já no programa Águas de Pernambuco, R$ 6,1 bilhões serão investidos nos próximos anos, sendo o maior aporte feito pelo Executivo Estadual para esta finalidade na história do Estado. Do montante, R$ 3,9 bilhões são para ações voltadas à água e R$ 2,2 bilhões para esgoto.

REUNIÃO — O Governo de Pernambuco promove, no próximo dia 22 de novembro, reunião com os futuros gestores municipais para debater as ações e projetos implantados pelo Governo do Estado nas 184 cidades.

Estiveram presentes os deputados federais Mendonça Filho e Ossessio Silva; os deputados estaduais Romero Sales Filho, France Hacker, Luciano Duque, Gustavo Gouveia; Rosa Amorim, Chaparral, Débora Almeida, Simone Santana, Dannilo Godoy; Mário Ricardo e Lula Cabral; o conselheiro do Tribunal de Contas de Pernambuco, Ranilson Ramos; o superintendente nacional da Caixa Econômica Federal, Flávio Gavazza; o superintendente do Sebrae Pernambuco, Murilo Guerra; e o superintendente do Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (Iphan) em Pernambuco, Gilberto Sobral.

Participaram também os secretários estaduais coronel Hercílio Mamede (Casa Militar), Zilda Cavalcanti (Saúde), Carlos Braga (Assistência Social, Combate à Fome e Políticas sobre Drogas), Wilson de Paula (Fazenda), Simone Nunes (Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habitação), Túlio Vilaça (Casa Civil), Fernando Holanda (Assessoria Especial à Governadora e Relações Internacionais), Paulo Nery (Turismo e Lazer), Juliana Gouveia (Mulher), Amanda Aires (Desenvolvimento Profissional e Empreendedorismo), Cacau de Paula (Cultura), Rodrigo Ribeiro (Projetos Estratégicos) e Bianca Teixeira (Procuradoria-Geral); além do diretor-presidente da Agência de Desenvolvimento Econômico de Pernambuco, André Teixeira.
