Na tarde de ontem (02), o deputado estadual Joãozinho Tenório (PRD) esteve no município de Agrestina, participando da procissão de Nossa Senhora do Desterro ao lado do ex-prefeito Thiago Nunes e diversas lideranças políticas.
Foi a 103ª procissão em homenagem à santa e manteve o status de uma das maiores de Pernambuco e também uma das maiores do país.
O deputado aproveitou a oportunidade para parabenizar a grandiosa procissão e a todos os peregrinos que estiveram presentes.
“A cada ano a procissão vem crescendo e recebendo diversos religiosos da região. Momento importante de adorar e reafirmar nossa fé. Aproveito para parabenizar os organizadores que mantém a tradição dessa belíssima festa religiosa para os todos, principalmente para os agrestinenses”, afirmou o parlamentar.
