O deputado estadual Luciano Duque se reuniu, hoje, com o secretário da Fazenda de Pernambuco, Wilson de Paula, a secretária executiva da pasta, Stephanie Pereira, e a representante do Coletivo de Celíacos de Pernambuco, Bety Senna, para discutir a tributação sobre produtos sem glúten. De acordo com uma lista com 41 itens apresentada na reunião, a alimentação básica com alimentos naturais varia entre R$ 600 e R$ 1.200 por pessoa, enquanto a inclusão de produtos industrializados sem glúten eleva esse valor para R$ 800 a R$ 1.500 por pessoa.
Duque reforçou a importância de rever a tributação desses produtos, considerando que se trata de uma necessidade de saúde e não de uma escolha de consumo. “Estamos falando de alimentação básica para pessoas com uma condição de saúde específica. Garantir preços mais justos e acessíveis é uma questão de dignidade”, destacou o parlamentar. Duque também é autor de um projeto de lei ordinária (PLO 2436/2024) que já tramita na Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco (Alepe), prevendo a criação de uma carteira de identificação para pessoas celíacas. O objetivo da proposta é assegurar o direito a uma alimentação adequada em estabelecimentos como hotéis, restaurantes, lanchonetes e bares, além de garantir refeições especiais em hospitais e unidades de saúde.
