Deputado Fernando Rodolfo desmente Fake News sobre prorrogação do auxílio emergencial

O deputado federal Fernando Rodolfo (PL/PE) fará uma transmissão ao vivo na sua página no Facebook, a partir das 17 horas, deste sábado (18). O parlamentar convocou seus seguidores, para uma conversa sobre a Fake News da prorrogação do auxílio emergencial. Rodolfo afirma que a Lei Federal aprovada pela Câmara dos Deputados, em fevereiro de 2020, já permitia o Poder Executivo prorrogar o recurso sem necessidade de nova votação.

“A Lei é clara! Não precisava passar de novo pela Casa para prorrogar. Mas, um deputado querendo aparecer, querendo criar polêmica, foi lá e colocou uma emenda, dentro de outro projeto que não tinha nada a ver, na tentativa de tirar vantagem e confundir a cabeça de todo mundo. Da forma que ele apresentou, o auxílio só poderia ir até dezembro, com a Lei que nós aprovamos ele pode ser estendido até 2021 ou 2022, caso seja necessário”, argumentou Rodolfo.

A Lei 13.979, destaca em seu Art. 6º, que: “O período de 3 (três) meses poderá ser prorrogado por ato do Poder Executivo, que é o Governo Federal, durante o período de enfrentamento da emergência de saúde pública da Covid-19”. Ou seja, não haveria necessidade de nova discussão na Câmara dos Deputados, para o direito já garantido aos cidadãos sobre a prorrogação do auxílio emergencial.
