Deputado Augusto Coutinho comanda primeira audiência sobre a Reforma Tributária, nesta terça-feira (28/5)

O deputado federal Augusto Coutinho (Republicanos/PE) comandará, nesta terça-feira (28/5), a primeira audiência pública do Grupo de Trabalho que analisa a regulamentação da Reforma Tributária. O encontro começará às 9h, no Plenário 2 da Câmara, com participação do secretário-extraordinário da Reforma Tributária, Bernard Appy.

O grupo formado por sete parlanentares analisa o PLP 68/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo, que regulamenta os três novos tributos criados pela reforma: Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços (IBS), Contribuição Social sobre Bens e Serviços (CBS) e Imposto Seletivo (IS). Também nesta terça-feira, às 14h30, haverá outra audiência, com representantes das principais confederações de setores econômicos.

“Nosso objetivo é produzir um parecer equilibrado, que sirva à sociedade brasileira através da melhoria de nosso sistema tributário. Temos pela frente dois meses de muito trabalho e diálogo para chegar a um texto de consenso”, frisou o parlamentar.

O GT composto por Augusto Coutinho (Republicanos/PE), Claudio Cajado (PP-BA), Reginaldo Lopes (PT-MG), Hildo Rocha (MDB-MA), Joaquim Passarinho (PL-PA), Moses Rodrigues (União-CE) e Luiz Gastão (PSD-CE) realizará audiências públicas toda semana e também estão previstos debates nos estados. Um outro grupo de parlamentares analisará o projeto que ainda será enviado pelo governo, sobre questões específicas relacionadas ao IBS e à distribuição da arrecadação.
