Deputada Debora Almeida emite nota de repúdio sobre ocorrido em Bom Conselho

Venho a público expressar com total veemência minha indignação e repúdio ao ataque covarde e inaceitável que ocorreu em Bom Conselho, justamente em um momento que deveria ser de celebração democrática pela vitória do prefeito eleito, Edézio Ferreira. Edézio, que é nosso aliado e um defensor incansável de uma política baseada na paz, na justiça e no respeito ao povo pernambucano, foi vítima indireta dessa agressão absurda.

Este ataque desprezível, cujo alvo supostamente seria o próprio prefeito eleito, acabou ferindo seu primo, Tiago Ferreira, atingido no pescoço. Esse golpe não foi apenas contra uma pessoa; foi uma afronta direta ao ambiente de segurança e respeito que deve prevalecer em eventos políticos e comunitários. Nossos pensamentos estão com Tiago e sua família, e desejamos sinceramente sua recuperação rápida e completa.

Exigimos, de forma enfática, um ambiente político onde a violência não tenha vez, onde a liberdade e a pluralidade sejam defendidas sem medo. Cobramos das autoridades, especialmente da governadora Raquel Lyra, uma investigação rigorosa e célere, com toda a transparência e compromisso para que os responsáveis por essa barbárie sejam identificados e punidos de forma exemplar.

Não podemos – e não vamos – aceitar que atos de ódio e violência ameacem a segurança dos cidadãos e a integridade do processo democrático em nosso estado. Que este episódio revoltante seja um alerta urgente para intensificar o combate à intolerância e garantir que todos os pernambucanos possam manifestar suas escolhas políticas em um ambiente de paz e dignidade.
