Base governista assina documento justificando que houve quebra do Regimento Interno da Casa
Nesta sexta-feira (14), foi protocolado recurso na Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco (Alepe) contra a decisão do presidente em exercício da Casa, Rodrigo Farias, em convocar a instalação e eleição das lideranças das comissões de Constituição, Legislação e Justiça (CCLJ), Finanças, Orçamento e Tributação e de Administração Pública. O documento considera a ilegalidade e descumprimento ao Regimento Interno da Assembleia.
Líder do Governo da Alepe, a deputada Socorro Pimentel defendeu a nulidade dos atos em respeito à institucionalidade. “Manter a confiança e o respeito às instituições é a base fundamental da nossa democracia. A convocação feita às pressas, ao apagar das luzes, surpreendendo a todos os deputados e deputadas. Claramente, os atos descumprem o Regimento Interno da Casa de Joaquim Nabuco. Não há justificativa para a urgência e observamos desrespeito à normatividade interna da Assembleia”, afirmou a deputada Socorro Pimentel, líder do Governo na Alepe.
O documento solicita que seja declarado nulo o Ato nº 122/2025, pela indicação de membros das comissões parlamentares não respeitarem as normas regimentais e de indicação de membros, que foram deliberas pela própria Presidência da Casa e o Ato nº 123/2025, por ter descumprido o Regimento Interno que prevê as competências da Mesa Diretora da Casa e dos Presidentes destas comissões.
Além da deputada Socorro Pimentel, assinaram o recurso Joãozinho Tenório, Kaio Maniçoba, Romero Sales Filho, Débora Almeida, Antônio Moraes, Wanderson Florêncio, Henrique Queiroz Filho, Fabrizio Ferraz, Luciano Duque, João Paulo, William Brigido e Joaquim Lira.
