CREF12/PE Lança Carta-Compromisso para Candidatos a Prefeito e Vereador em 2024

O Conselho Regional de Educação Física da 12ª Região/Pernambuco (CREF12/PE) anunciou o lançamento de uma carta-compromisso direcionada aos candidatos e pré-candidatos que disputarão as eleições municipais de 2024. Com mais de 19 mil Profissionais de Educação Física e 2 mil pessoas jurídicas, o CREF12/PE busca garantir o comprometimento dos postulantes com a promoção da Educação Física e políticas públicas relacionadas à área.

O Presidente do CREF12/PE, Prof. Lúcio Beltrão (CREF 003574-G/PE), ressaltou a importância de votar em candidatos que defendam os interesses da categoria, enfatizando o papel fundamental da Educação Física nas políticas públicas de saúde, educação, segurança, assistência social, juventude, cultura, esportes e lazer.

Os candidatos interessados em assumir compromissos públicos com a Educação Física podem assinar a carta-compromisso disponível no site do CREF12/PE e enviá-la por e-mail ou correios. A autarquia federal divulgará o nome dos candidatos signatários.

Alguns pontos destacados na carta-compromisso incluem a exigência de lei municipal para garantir que os conteúdos curriculares da disciplina Educação Física sejam ministrados exclusivamente por Profissionais de Educação Física, a redução de impostos para academias e estabelecimentos que promovem saúde, e o estímulo à participação das escolas nos Jogos Escolares.
