A Secretaria de Saúde da Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes passou a disponibilizar, desde a última segunda-feira (30), serviço de atendimento psicológico online gratuito para pessoas com sintomas de medo ou ansiedade causados pela pandemia do novo coronavírus. O atendimento é realizado por ligação ou videochamada, via aplicativos como Skype ou WhatsApp. Uma equipe formada por 15 psicólogos se reveza, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 16h, para dar assistência aos que têm procurado auxílio profissional.
Entre os principais motivos relacionados à procura do serviço, estão pontos ligados ao distanciamento de familiares, amigos e do próprio ambiente de trabalho. Essas questões têm contribuído para o aumento da tensão emocional em parte da população.
Desde ontem, quando foi implementada, a ferramenta tem sido bastante procurada. O acesso é feito por meio do número: (81) 99937-3569. O serviço se soma à rede de assistência à saúde mental do município, que continua funcionando normalmente, nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (Caps).
