Complexo Administrativo do Jaboatão garante gestão moderna e economia de R$ 1,7 milhão

O prefeito Anderson Ferreira consolidará o conceito de gestão moderna, no Jaboatão dos Guararapes, com a implantação do Complexo Administrativo, ainda neste ano. A nova estrutura reunirá todas as secretarias, Procuradoria e Controladoria em um só ambiente, que também terá um gabinete para o prefeito. Além de tornar o serviço mais eficiente, haverá economia de quase R$ 1,7 milhão, em quatro anos, com a entrega de 24 imóveis que atualmente são alugados para acomodar os órgãos municipais. O Complexo Administrativo funcionará num prédio de 11 mil m², situado na Estrada da Batalha, em Prazeres, que está sendo locado. A sede da prefeitura permanecerá no Palácio da Batalha, também em Prazeres.

Ao decidir por um formato inovador e funcional de administração, o prefeito Anderson Ferreira determinou que não dá mais para as secretarias funcionarem em imóveis inadequados, a um custo elevado e que dificultam o atendimento aos cidadãos. Além do valor com os aluguéis, há uma despesa alta com a manutenção.

“Optamos por um espaço único, com os secretários e servidores trabalhando integrados, que conceituará ainda mais o modelo de gestão moderna e transparente que implantamos em Jaboatão. Esse novo formato garantirá decisões imediatas”, ressalta Anderson Ferreira.

O prefeito destaca que a economia não ficará restrita aos aluguéis e à manutenção. “Como o pessoal das secretarias estará trabalhando no mesmo ambiente, inclusive sem paredes, reduziremos os deslocamentos com veículos, o consumo de combustível, com energia, telefonia, entre tantos outros gastos. Com isso, a produtividade aumentará e daremos respostas bem mais rápidas à população”, assegura.

Para o Complexo Administrativo, serão deslocados mil servidores. Já no Palácio da Batalha, além do gabinete do prefeito, funcionarão os serviços de atendimento ao público das secretarias da Educação e da Fazenda, e a Secretaria da Saúde terá os atendimentos transferidos para o edifício do antigo fórum, cedido gratuitamente pelo Tribunal de Justiça de Pernambuco (TJPE), na Avenida Barreto de Menezes.

Este conceito de administração implantado pelo prefeito Anderson Ferreira, em Jaboatão, segue o modelo adotado por grandes corporações privadas. O objetivo é assegurar eficácia com baixos custos.
