Raquel não pode ser subestimada
A governadora Raquel Lyra vez por outra é vista por alguns da classe política como governadora de um mandato só, outros questionam sua falta de sensibilidade política para comandar um estado da magnitude de Pernambuco, e criticam também seu excesso de centralização, não delegando aos seus auxiliares autonomia para a resolução dos problemas do estado.
Mas a bem da verdade é que Raquel venceu todas as disputas que se propôs a tentar, desde o seu primeiro concurso público, passando pelo primeiro mandato como deputada estadual e as últimas três vitórias majoritárias, duas em Caruaru e uma em Pernambuco. Em comum, o fato de muitos acharem que ela não tinha competitividade eleitoral. Em 2016, por exemplo, foi obrigada a deixar o PSB para integrar o PSDB para tentar e conquistar a prefeitura de Caruaru.
Então pode até ser que exista algum equívoco de avaliação da governadora no tocante à política, mas a verdade é que ela está com 100% de aproveitamento. Seu modus operandi vem dando certo desde que entrou na vida pública, então dificilmente ela mudará de opinião para agradar aos seus críticos. No comando do estado, alavancou financeiramente Pernambuco e muito em breve os investimentos serão colocados em prática, naturalmente transformando o estado num verdadeiro canteiro de obras.
Isso, indiscutivelmente, irá melhorar sua avaliação em todas as regiões do estado, e ela tem todas as condições de chegar fortalecida em 2026 na busca pela reeleição. Quem apostar que ela chegará fragilizada eleitoralmente corre sério risco de errar feio.
Estratégia – O prefeito João Campos repetiu o seu pai, o ex-governador Eduardo Campos, em 2012, quando exonerou os secretários Sileno Guedes, Tadeu Alencar, Geraldo Júlio e Danilo Cabral. Naquela ocasião, Eduardo escolheu Geraldo Júlio em meio às brigas do PT e lançou como candidato do PSB, que acabou vitorioso. Agora, João filiou os secretários Maíra Fischer ao União Brasil, Marília Dantas ao MDB, Victor Marques ao PCdoB e Felipe Matos ao Republicanos. Todos podem ser seu vice na busca pela reeleição em outubro.
Recado – Em comum, Eduardo e João deram, em suas respectivas épocas, duros recados ao PT. Em 2012, a briga era sobre quem seria indicado para o comando da PCR, agora o partido abriu disputa interna para indicar o vice de João Campos, que já deu sinais que não tem interesse em trazer para a sua chapa majoritária as idiossincrasias do PT.
Caravana – A oitava edição da Caravana Federativa em Pernambuco está próxima, visando fortalecer a cooperação entre o Governo Federal, municípios e Estados, seguindo a missão do Presidente Lula. Com a participação de 34 Ministérios, 4 Autarquias, 4 Bancos e várias empresas, o evento destaca-se pela sua abrangência e importância para o estado. As atividades ocorrerão nos dias 15 e 16 de abril, no Centro de Convenções de Pernambuco, com solenidades de abertura e encerramento que contarão com a presença de diversas autoridades.
