João Campos recupera classe média 

Ao longo das gestões do PSB no estado e na prefeitura do Recife, inclusive na primeira eleição de Eduardo Campos, socialistas tiveram dificuldades na captação da classe média do Recife. Isso foi visto durante as eleições de Paulo Câmara e também de Geraldo Júlio, mas ficou latente em 2020 essa dificuldade de João Campos no primeiro turno, quando mesmo tendo uma ampla frente política, obteve uma votação aquém do esperado.

No segundo turno contra Marília Arraes, então candidata do PT, João acabou recebendo os votos da classe média, que por exclusão optou pela sua candidatura, mas seguiu reticente ao início da sua gestão. Passados três anos, João Campos, que ostenta entre 75% e 81% de aprovação entre os institutos de pesquisas divulgados recentemente, reconquistou a classe média, que tem observado um volume de obras na periferia da cidade mas também em importantes espaços, a exemplo da requalificação da orla de Boa Viagem, do Parque Linear das Graças e outras ações que vêm conquistando esse segmento da sociedade, que é menos dependente da prefeitura e por isso tem um olhar mais crítico às gestões.

Em busca da reeleição, João Campos, que já tinha as classes C, D e E ao seu lado, terá um importante trunfo em outubro, que será o público A e B, que reconhece os avanços da sua gestão que tem ajudado a transformar a cidade para melhor.

Ausência – O ex-ministro Gilson Machado avaliou que o ato contra o 8 de janeiro foi aquém do esperado com a ausência de 15 governadores no evento. Para o aliado de Jair Bolsonaro, 80% do PIB brasileiro fez questão de se ausentar do evento, que serviria de palanque para a esquerda.

Reoneração – O partido NOVO ajuizou ação no Supremo Tribunal Federal contra medida provisória editada pelo presidente Lula (PT) que, entre outros pontos, trata da reoneração da folha de pagamento de diversos setores produtivos. Segundo o NOVO, a medida provisória “não preenche o requisito de urgência e ofende o princípio da separação dos Poderes, uma vez que contraria lei aprovada pelo Congresso Nacional que prorroga a desoneração até 2027”. A ação foi distribuída ao ministro Cristiano Zanin, que será o relator. No plano legislativo, o presidente do Senado Federal, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) estuda devolver a medida provisória sem apreciação por supostamente violar as prerrogativas do Congresso. Pacheco aguarda reunião com o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad (PT), que está de férias, para decidir.

Urnas – A produção das urnas eletrônicas modelo 2022 (UE2022), que serão usadas nas eleições de 2024, segue em ritmo acelerado. Até o momento, 80% dos 219.998 equipamentos contratados já foram produzidos pela Positivo Tecnologia, empresa vencedora da licitação realizada em 2021. Desse total, 177.815 urnas já foram entregues aos Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais (TREs). A expectativa é de que a produção das novas urnas seja concluída até fevereiro. O processo de montagem da urna é acompanhado de perto por uma equipe de servidores do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral.
