Legislativo empoderado 

Sob a liderança do presidente Álvaro Porto, a Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco vive um momento diferente do que se percebeu no tocante aos seus antecessores Eriberto Medeiros, Guilherme Uchoa e Romário Dias, que ocuparam as funções nos governos Paulo Câmara, Eduardo Campos e Jarbas Vasconcelos.

Todos os embates com o executivo tiveram uma vitória pessoal do chefe do legislativo, a exemplo da própria eleição de Álvaro Porto, as duas eleições para o TCE e mais recentemente a aprovação do orçamento impositivo e a derrubada dos vetos do executivo. Por iniciativa do deputado João de Nadegi (PV), a Alepe aprovou um projeto que permite a antecipação da eleição da mesa diretora, cuja previsão se daria entre dezembro de 2024 e fevereiro de 2025.

Com a aprovação, o presidente Álvaro Porto que já voava em céu de brigadeiro chegará extremamente fortalecido no momento em que julgar pertinente para buscar o segundo mandato, e ficar no comando da Casa de Joaquim Nabuco até 31 de janeiro de 2027, portanto passará a eleição de 2026 com a caneta de presidente da Alepe.

Na prática está havendo uma espécie de semi-parlamentarismo em Pernambuco, tendo, na visão dos deputados, Álvaro Porto como seu primeiro-ministro. A situação não difere do que já acontece no plano nacional, onde o presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira, exerce forte protagonismo, sendo assim tanto no governo Jair Bolsonaro quanto no atual governo Lula. Após experimentarem a força que o legislativo pode ter, será difícil a Casa de Joaquim Nabuco retroceder do protagonismo obtido independente de quem venha a ocupar o Palácio do Campo das Princesas, e o grande mentor e executor desta força política é o presidente Álvaro Porto.

Infraero – O ministro dos Portos e Aeroportos, Silvio Costa Filho, nomeou o ex-prefeito de Canhotinho, Felipe Porto, como chefe do escritório da Infraero em Pernambuco. O movimento de Costa Filho é um aceno ao presidente da Alepe, Álvaro Porto, com quem possui excelente relação.

Sintonizados – A governadora Raquel Lyra esteve reunida com os senadores Fernando Dueire (MDB) e Humberto Costa (PT) para tratar de pautas de interesse de Pernambuco que serão discutidas na reforma tributária. A relação entre a governadora e os senadores tem melhorado substancialmente e poderá render bons frutos para o nosso estado.

Relógio – O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF, rejeitou o pedido do deputado Rodrigo Valadares para investigar o presidente Lula por não registrar um relógio recebido de um líder estrangeiro. Moraes alegou a falta de indícios mínimos de crime para justificar a investigação, concordando com a posição da Procuradoria-Geral da República. O deputado alegou isonomia com uma investigação contra o presidente Bolsonaro por um incidente semelhante.

Pix – O ministro também autorizou a investigação pela Polícia Federal de supostos ilícitos do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro relacionados a remessas de dinheiro via Pix no primeiro semestre de 2023, conforme pedido da Procuradoria-Geral da República e parlamentares. A investigação envolve cerca de R$ 17 milhões em remessas de Pix para ajudar Bolsonaro a pagar multas judiciais, considerando que existem elementos suficientes para justificar a investigação, segundo a Procuradoria.
