A partir dessa data, a lei só permite a troca de candidatos em caso de falecimento do postulante, complicando ainda mais a situação da chapa apresentada pelo PSDB no município.
Agora, a candidatura de Márcia Barreto depende da decisão da Justiça Eleitoral, que avaliará a impugnação e os documentos apresentados para determinar se ela poderá continuar na corrida eleitoral em Joaquim Nabuco.
