Caixa Econômica Federal participa de evento com prefeitos eleitos de Pernambuco

Simplificação de processos e linhas de captação de recursos da Caixa para os municípios. Foram com esses dois painéis que a Caixa Economia Federal participou do Seminário de Novos Gestores, realizado pela Associação Municipalista de Pernambuco (Amupe) entre os dias 11 e 12 de novembro, no Hotel Canarius, em Gravatá.

No dia 11 de novembro, o representante da Caixa, Flávio Gavazza, falou aos prefeitos sobre a simplificação e desburocratização nos repasses para os municípios. Entre as novidades do Banco, destacam-se mudanças na minuta de contrato de repasse mais simplificada, redução de tarifas e a liberação mais ágil de recursos após a licitação.

As novas regras afetam todos os municípios brasileiros que firmarem contratos de repasses com a União e estão detalhadas na Portaria Conjunta MGI/MF/CGU n/]33/2023. “Essas mudanças também trazem benefícios como a possibilidade de repasses automáticos, a dispensa de vistoria prévia e a ampliação e liberação de recursos, facilitando a execução de obras, por exemplo”, explicou Flávio.

No dia 12 de novembro, o painel da Caixa discutiu a captação de recursos.Um das modalidades destacadas foi o empréstimo através do Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) que conta com um prazo de amortização de até 240 meses. O Saneamento para Todos, Pró-Transporte, Cidades e Moradia são programas que contam com recursos do Fundo.

O painel foi conduzido pelo superintendente Recife da Caixa, Marcelo Maia e contou com a participação dos superintendentes de todas as regiões do Banco, em Pernambuco.
