Inicio esta sucinta análise com a vivência de mais de 30 anos de participação ativa nos processos eleitorais e digo com a mais absoluta certeza que a maior falácia é a que eleição municipal não impacta nas eleições gerais.
Me lembro bem que uma das propostas de Eduardo Campos era a unificação das eleições porque o País para a cada dois em dois anos em razão dos pleitos eleitorais. Diante desta constatação, não há como querer negar o fato de que uma eleição impacta diretamente na outra.
Contudo ouso trazer uma explicação para um fenômeno nunca antes visto nas eleições municipais, principalmente por ter sido observado em várias capitais que foi o alto índice de aprovação dos prefeitos reeleitos: dos 4 prefeitos eleitos com votações elevadas (acima de 70%) 3 são de partidos de direita e apenas 1 de centro esquerda.
Mas que mágica teriam tido esses prefeitos reeleitos para obter tamanha aprovação? Considerando ainda que todos passaram pelo período pandêmico da COVID 19?
Na minha avaliação é que esses prefeitos melhor aproveitaram os vultosos recursos federais repassados durante a pandemia e fizeram o básico, ou melhor, fizeram o que foram eleitos para fazer. Nenhum inventou a roda. Atenção à questão de saúde, educação e em especial lazer com shows e artistas de renome nacional, a boa e antiga política do “pão e circo» conquistou ainda mais os eleitores.
No mais, graças ao governo Bolsonaro que distribuiu recursos sem olhar a quem, as emendas do chamado “orçamento secreto” que no governo Lula passou a ser chamada de “emendas pix”, os gestores municipais tiveram uma reeleição mais tranquila.
Outro fato que se destaca e os números são inegáveis, é o notório crescimento dos partidos de centro direita enquanto que os partidos de esquerda estão em franco definhamento. O sistema está temeroso, pois se o atual congresso é considerado o mais conservador de todos os tempos, imaginem o que está por vir, inclusive com a mudança de dois terços do senado.
O Zeitgeist (termo alemão que traduz o espírito da época) mostra que o conservadorismo está vivo, crescente e perdendo o medo de “sair do armário”.
E, ao revés do que o poeta e ex-ministro do STF, Carlos Ayres Brito brada, que supremo somente o Supremo, este é apenas uma faceta do Poder Popular, portanto Supremo é, ou pelo menos deveria ser, o povo.
