O aplicativo TJPE+, lançado em janeiro deste ano, passou a contar com uma nova funcionalidade que facilitará o registro de queixas nos Juizados Especiais do Estado. Agora, é possível enviar áudios para descrever o fato e o que se deseja com a ação. A função foi implantada pela Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (Setic) do Tribunal de Justiça de Pernambuco (TJPE) e está disponível desde a última quarta-feira (23/10). O objetivo é tornar o serviço mais intuitivo e mais fácil de ser usado pela maioria da população.

Para registrar a queixa, é necessário realizar o login no aplicativo. O(a) cidadão(ã) deverá clicar em “Entrar” e inserir os dados de acesso (CPF/CNPJ/E-mail e a senha). Quem ainda não possui login cadastrado, basta realizar o cadastro. É necessário incluir nome, e-mail, telefone, CPF e criar uma senha.

A funcionalidade permite que o(a) cidadão(ã) envie o áudio e o próprio aplicativo realizará a transcrição automática. Ao término, é possível editar o texto transcrito manualmente de acordo com a necessidade. Para registrar a queixa, é preciso informar os dados do autor, do réu, da queixa e documentos de comprovação.

“Nossa gestão está plenamente empenhada em desenvolver e promover iniciativas para aperfeiçoar e melhorar a prestação de serviços no Judiciário pernambucano.  Sabemos que nos aplicativos de mensagens, a maioria das pessoas prefere enviar áudios. Então desenvolvemos a funcionalidade neste sentido, para permitir uma comunicação fácil e direta, compatível com o perfil da maioria da nossa população”, afirmou o presidente do TJPE, desembargador Ricardo Paes Barreto.

Quem já possui o aplicativo precisa atualizar para a versão 1.3.0. Na maioria dos casos, a atualização é feita automaticamente. No entanto, é possível atualizar de forma manual nas lojas de aplicativos.

“Essa nova funcionalidade do TJPE+ desburocratiza e facilita ainda mais o acesso do cidadão e da cidadã à Justiça pernambucana”, ressaltou o coordenador dos Juizados Especiais de Pernambuco, juiz Roberto Carneiro Pedrosa.

Além do registro de queixas nos Juizados Especiais, o aplicativo TJPE+ também conta com os serviços de consulta processual unificada e consulta jurisprudência.
