O município de Vitória de Santo Antão, continua seu ritmo de trabalho e desenvolvimento. Na ausência temporária do prefeito Paulo Roberto e do vice-prefeito Edmo Neves, que se encontram em compromissos de gestão em Brasília e São Paulo, respectivamente, o presidente da Câmara Municipal, André de Bau, assumiu a administração da cidade com foco total na continuidade do desenvolvimento e na promoção do bem-estar dos vitorienses.
Nesta quarta-feira (04/10), André de Bau se reuniu com a secretária de Infraestrutura, Laila Duarte e sua equipe. Eles revisaram detalhes das obras em andamento em Vitória, e discutiram os projetos que envolvem melhorias nos acessos ao campus da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), beneficiando diretamente a comunidade acadêmica e os moradores.
O prefeito em exercício também recebeu o secretário de Educação, Carmelo Souza, para despachar sobre projetos que visam aprimorar a qualidade da educação municipal.
André de Bau destacou que tem mantido uma comunicação constante com o prefeito Paulo Roberto, elogiando os secretários e o bom funcionamento do governo. “Tenho conversado com o prefeito Paulo Roberto todos os dias, e posso afirmar que nossa cidade continua no rumo do progresso. Os secretários estão trabalhando incansavelmente para o desenvolvimento do município. Continuaremos no caminho certo”, ressaltou.
Na agenda do prefeito em exercício também estiveram a assinatura da Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) e a revisão do Plano Plurianual (PPA), documentos cruciais para a gestão municipal, que serão enviados para apreciação da Câmara Municipal, garantindo a transparência e a responsabilidade fiscal no planejamento das políticas públicas de Vitória de Santo Antão.
