Álvaro Porto trabalha para fortalecer oposição de Panelas

A menos de um ano para as eleições de 2024, o deputado estadual Álvaro Porto se movimenta para fortalecer palanques para as disputas municipais, no interior. Neste sábado (25.11), o parlamentar, presidente da Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco, participou de reunião com lideranças de oposição em Panelas, no Agreste do estado.

A encontro reuniu oposicionistas que estão se articulando para a corrida eleitoral do próximo ano. Estiveram presentes o vice-prefeito Genilson Lucena, os vereadores Joelmo, Testinha e Zé Julio, além do ex-prefeito Sérgio Miranda e lideranças políticas como Tomás Moura, entre outras. A deputada federal Iza Arruda também participou da reunião.

“Conversamos com o grupo de oposição que está se unindo de olho em 2024. Estamos nos mobilizando para atrair mais lideranças, fortalecer parcerias e ampliar nosso palanque no município. Ao mesmo tempo, seguimos trabalhando em favor da população de Panelas na Assembleia”, comentou Porto.

A relação do deputado com a oposição de Panelas vem sendo construída desde o ano passado, quando ele recebeu apoio para a disputa do terceiro mandato na Assembleia Legislativa. Desde lá, o parlamentar tem agido para atender demandas do município. Em abril deste ano, uma ambulância adquirida com recursos de emenda de Porto foi entregue ao município.
