O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Pernambuco (TRE-PE) analisou na manhã desta terça-feira, dia 25, o caso sobre a denúncia de fraude a cota de gênero, envolvendo os vereadores Dr. Jan e Aguiar Filho, ambos do União Brasil de Brejo da Madre de Deus. A Corte confirmou o entendimento da primeira instância e por unanimidade cassou os mandatos de ambos.
O vereador Robertinho Asfora, do PP, comentou a decisão do TRE-PE. Ele concedeu entrevista ao Blog do Alberes Xavier e ao programa ‘Cidade em Foco’, da Rede Pernambuco de Rádios, que conta com mais de 40 emissoras e tem como ‘cabeça de rede’ a RPFM (104.3). “Não fico surpreso, pois acredito bastante na justiça, tanto na de Deus, quanto na dos homens”, disse ele, lembrando que o caso configurou, de fato, uma fraude explicita a cota de gênero, estipulada pela Justiça Eleitoral.
Com a saída dos dois vereadores cassados e de toda a chapa do União Brasil, assumirão seus mandatos os atuais suplentes, Silvano da Farmácia, do PP, e Adilson das Motos, do PSDB. “Com essas mudanças o bloco situacionista passará a ter oito vereadores, contra cinco do grupo de oposição. Isso é motivo de alegria para todos que fazem o grupo que dá apoio ao prefeito Roberto Asfora”, disse o vereador no programa.
