A fala do deputado Coronel Alberto Feitosa, eleito presidente da CCLJ – Comissão de Constituição, Legislação e Justiça – foi um recado claro sobre como o parlamentar pretende presidir os trabalhos em uma das principais comissões da Assembleia Legislativa. Mais de 100 Projetos de Lei dos anos de 2023 estão parados aguardando votação na CCLJ, por onde começa o trâmite de todo processo legislativo.
Muitos desses PLs foram retirados da pauta e colocados na “gaveta” por interferências “externas”. Feitosa garantiu aos colegas que a Comissão de Justiça não será um Tribunal de Inquisição. “Cabe a essa Comissão discutir a questão da constitucionalidade e isso vai ser feito de acordo com as leis vigentes em nosso país, com a lucidez , responsabilidade e comprometimento que esta Casa tem com os pernambucanos, nas comissões temáticas e em plenário. Que o Executivo tenha capacidade de dialogar com os autores dos Projetos aqui apresentados e assim não ‘influir’ esses projetos. A capacidade de legislar dos deputados aqui eleitos será rigorosamente respeitada’, disse o parlamentar.
A referência ao Tribunal da Inquisição se dá a um momento histórico da Média (século XIII) onde a liberdade de escolha e expressão foi reprimida pela Igreja, instituição de autoridade na época. Os trabalhos das Comissões da Alepe iniciaram oficialmente hoje com os novos presidentes eleitos, no último sábado em convocação extraordinária.
