A advogada Ingrid Zanella foi eleita presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seccional Pernambuco (OAB-PE) em pleito realizado nesta segunda-feira (18). Representando a chapa Renovação Experiente, Ingrid, atual vice-presidente da instituição, venceu a disputa com 11.441 votos (49,91%) contra Almir Reis, da chapa Renova OAB, que obteve 10.175 votos (44,39%). Fernando Santos Júnior, atual presidente da OAB-Caruaru e líder da chapa Coragem para Mudar, conseguiu 1.308 votos (5,71%).
Foram 527 votos brancos (2,25%) e 474 votos nulos (1,98%). O processo eleitoral foi histórico por ser o primeiro em 92 anos de existência da OAB-PE a ser realizado de forma online, um marco que trouxe maior praticidade aos advogados inscritos no pleito.
A vitória de Ingrid representa a continuidade da gestão atual, enquanto os demais candidatos buscavam apresentar propostas voltadas à renovação e mudanças nos rumos da instituição. Com o resultado, Ingrid Zanella assume o desafio de liderar uma das mais importantes seccionais da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, que desempenha papel relevante na defesa da advocacia e da justiça no estado.
