Araripina: Pimentel inicia grande investimento em pavimentação asfáltica

O prefeito Raimundo Pimentel deu início nesta terça-feira (13) a um grande programa de pavimentação asfáltica, com recursos próprios do município, que irá transformar ainda mais a cidade. Os trabalhos começaram no bairro Alto da Boa Vista, onde oito ruas serão pavimentadas: Maria Joyce Modesto Batista, São Cristóvão, São Benedito, Cornélio Granja Muniz, Padre Cícero, Welington Gomes Félix e as travessas São Benedito I e II.

Ao todo, mais de 80 ruas serão beneficiadas, abrangendo os bairros: Alto da Boa Vista, Centro, Nova Roma, São Pedro, Adelino, Bairro Universitário, Maria da Luz, Vila Santa Isabel e Jardim Floripes. Segundo o prefeito Pimentel, a meta é pavimentar 100% do município e os distritos de Nascente, Gergelim e Morais, proporcionando mais qualidade de vida e valorizando os imóveis.

Pimentel destacou a importância desta obra para a população: “Nunca uma gestão pavimentou Araripina como a nossa. Levamos asfalto para quase todos os bairros e ruas do centro, melhorando a mobilidade. Com muito trabalho e planejamento, estamos transformando Araripina em uma cidade mais moderna e desenvolvida”.
