O Dia das Mães será comemorado neste domingo (12), e esta é uma das datas mais aguardadas pelo comércio por conta do grande volume de vendas. Atento a isso, o Procon do Jaboatão dos Guararapes alerta aos consumidores sobre possíveis golpes e fraudes nas compras online ou em estabelecimentos físicos para presentear as mamães.
O Procon do Jaboatão destaca que é importante verificar referências da loja antes de realizar a compra online, além de evitar clicar em links suspeitos enviados por e-mail ou redes sociais para não cair em possíveis golpes.

Além disso, o Procon ressalta a importância de exigir nota fiscal em todas as compras realizadas (online ou loja física) para garantir os direitos do consumidor em caso de problemas com o produto adquirido. Outra dica é comprar o produto em estabelecimentos conhecidos e confiáveis e verificar se o site de compras possui certificado de segurança.

“Com a proximidade do Dia das Mães o número de compras online aumenta consideravelmente, assim como a quantidade de golpes virtuais. É importante que os consumidores adotem medidas preventivas para evitar cair em armadilhas financeiras”, explica o superintendente do Procon, Borges Orzil.
