Justiça Eleitoral confirma legitimidade da Pesquisa DataTrends em Arcoverde

A Justiça Eleitoral da 057ª zona de Arcoverde negou o pedido de impugnação da Pesquisa DataTrends, divulgada em 27 de março, sobre as intenções de voto para prefeito nas eleições de 2024. O pedido foi movido pela Comissão Provisória do Partido Trabalhista Democrático (PDT), alegando irregularidades que poderiam comprometer a lisura do pleito.

O juiz Cláudio Márcio Pereira de Lima negou a liminar e confirmou a legitimidade do levantamento, registrado sob o número PE-05437/2024. Em sua decisão, o juiz ressaltou que a pesquisa utilizou como base de dados o Censo 2010 e informações do TSE de fevereiro de 2024, indicando que não houve descumprimento das normas estabelecidas.

A pesquisa indicou que, se as eleições fossem realizadas naquele momento, Zeca Cavalcanti venceria com 51% das intenções de voto, seguido pela ex-prefeita Madalena Brito com 22% e o atual prefeito Wellington Maciel com 15%. A margem de erro é de 4,88% e o intervalo de confiança de 95%.

A decisão da Justiça Eleitoral, que pode ser conferida no processo número 0600010-98.2024.6.17.0057, representa um marco na validação da pesquisa e reforça a importância da transparência e lisura no processo eleitoral. Agora, cabe aguardar os próximos desdobramentos e a manifestação do Ministério Público Eleitoral.
