Prefeito de Jaboatão garante reajuste salarial para professores acima do Piso Nacional

O prefeito Mano Medeiros, do Jaboatão dos Guararapes, confirmou um reajuste salarial de 4,51% para todos os professores da rede municipal de ensino. O aumento, baseado no Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), supera o piso nacional da categoria. O reajuste será aplicado em duas parcelas, sendo 2,25% em abril e o restante em setembro.

Após negociações entre a equipe técnica e representantes do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Município do Jaboatāo dos Guararapes (Sinproja), o prefeito Mano Medeiros recebeu os sindicalistas no Palácio da Batalha, nesta terça-feira. Durante a reunião, o prefeito enfatizou os esforços para garantir o reajuste salarial conforme o IPCA. A proposta foi submetida à Assembleia da Categoria e aprovada no final da tarde.

“Apesar das dificuldades financeiras enfrentadas pelos municípios, estamos empenhados em valorizar nossos servidores e cumprir a Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal, mantendo a prioridade na Educação”, afirmou o prefeito Mano Medeiros.

Além do reajuste salarial, o município anunciou a nomeação de 73 professores do cadastro de reserva do concurso realizado no ano passado, que ofereceu 627 vagas. Também foi divulgada a contratação da Fundação Carlos Chagas para a organização de um novo concurso público, previsto para oferecer 1.582 vagas, sendo 962 para analistas e auxiliares.
